How do I get my Word Press post to automatically show up on Digg and Google Plus?

I own a site that is hooked up to tweeter and FB. Whenever I have a new post coming out it automatically post to those 2 sites and I was wondering how can I get my Word Press site to auto post to Google Plus and Digg

I looked around for a plug in but I can't find one.

I did a quick google for what your looking for here is one for a plugin for wordpress and google.

And someting for diggs. Were you able to find these when you were looking for them before hand??
