Command Prompt in VB Console Applications not working?!

Here is a screen shot of the window I get when I Debug my VB Console Application solution. Do you have any ideas why that happens? When it opens up there is a little flashing underscore (like normal) and when I type something in it moves, but no text appears. Any ideas why?

It works fine when I do "Start without Debugging" (Ctrl+F5) - which I do not like using.
