I'm with Roger's 25Mb down, and 2Mb down for $63.27/month.
But I'm only getting ~4 to 17Mb down, and constantly 1.9Mb up.
Ottawa, Canada sucks for competition.
If you need cheap fast reliable internet, stay far away from this "God-Forsaken" city!
