I've been on the phone with T-Mobile for an hour now, and I've been transferred 17 times. Yes, 17 times. All I'm trying to do is port a number to my existing account but no one seems to get it. I can't get escalated to any supervisors or managers, they just won't let me. What can I do? I've tried to keep my cool, but AN HOUR on the phone is getting annoying with no service. I feel like I'm getting the runaround here. |

Got off the phone with them about an hour ago, about the 20th person, finally got it, and helped me transfer my number, and she gave me a $15 credit on my next payment. Not enough, but it's better than nothing. |

Did you tell them how disappointed you are with their service? It seems to work for me. |
