So today I came across a version of Terraria that was able to be played on OSX. I didn't pirate. I simply found a way to actually launch the .exe taken from my PC. I was wondering, since I found this; is there any way to launch previously purchased games like Halo or, heck, even Flight Simulator? And do so legally! Keep in mind I have paid for all games I have. [Edit] this is the error message I get. I don't know what to click when it goes to DOS devices. Can you walk me through this? I know you have to open setup.exe with wine but I don't know what to do after that. |

Take a look if OSX has a version of Wine which is a windows emulator for it. I know that Linux variants do have a version that comes installed already. Not too sure if OSX has one or if there is one available. I am using a older Mac Mini with a g4 processor in it. And it has a version of OS9.2 for it that came on the same CD with OSX 10.4 on mine over here. To use with earlier applications that would not run on OSX itself but natively on OS 9.2. Update: Here is one for OSX that would work for you if your planning to do so. http://sourceforge.net/projects/darwine/ I was a little confused because when I tried using it to install it would error before even getting to the installation. Can you provide how to use it or a site that explains it for a noob? What error message were you getting when you were trying to get it installed on your computer. |

You can use VMWare or Parallels. Those do cost some cash though :( |
