0	Defraggler, by piriform, is by far the best, you may also want to check out CCleaner, which clears out temp files and memory dumps, etc. answered Apr 08 '12 at 15:37 pjob797 2.6k●38●49●82

I do not want to seem redundant in this answer, but I agree with everyone else. The windows defrag tool would do the job, but if you do not want to use it, then use Defraggler, by Priform.
