I would like to build a tablet with Android for gaming!

Here are the specs I want to use:

  • Texas Instruments OMAP4460
  • As much memory as possible RAM
  • Retina Display
  • Touch Screen
  • Android
  • Battery (More than a day battery life)
  • Case
  • Storage
  • HDMI Port
  • 3G + 4G+ WiFi
  • SD Port
  • 2x USB 3.0 Port
  • Audio Speaker / Headphone Port

I have a few Question's:

  1. Will I be able to build my own motherboard from a plain PCB Board? (I don't really want to buy something like a Pandaboard!)
  2. Will the TI OMAP4460 have a guide what each pin needs to be connected to?
  3. Will I need any extra chips that will not be included with the components in the specs list?
  4. What will this cost me?

And I would also like any further advice!

Thanks,
