No. The badges page shows that nobody has gotten Necromancer, which of course is impossible until the site has been up for 30 days.

Also, stop spamming us with your profile.

Mate, you've said the same line; "and check out my profile, I think you'll like the cool things that go on there. I'm starting to amass many badges of note !! :D:D:D". perhaps you're going for the keyboard, but please do it in a nice way. Also, please watch the tags, use them in a correct manner, refer to this question: http://lockergnome.net/questions/17312/why-are-people-picking-such-horrible-tags for that.

To answer your question, no, it is not possible to have the Necromancer badge yet.
