[closed] Review website - how should I get views and materia

Hi Guys,

I have a website - Link Removed - which I want to post review on technology products.

First, how should I advertise e.g. AdWords or other ways

Secondly, Should I add advertising straight away or later on

Lastly, How should I get products to review. Should I reach our to companies or wait for my reputation to enlargen and let the reach out to me?
