I think Wordpress would be the bet out of all the blogging sites around (its almost the only site that google doesnt own ~:) |

Although I have to say I like wordpress on my own domain I have been playing with blogger and a custom domain. It seems to work well along with Google Apps and for some reason you seem to get into the google results quicker. |

This has been discussed countless times here and elsewhere and both platforms have their drawbacks. I know lots of people love Wordpress, but it too has it's problems and limitations. The same can be said for blogger. It's all up to the user and his or her specific needs. |

I was using Tumblr for about 6 months, I had a fair amount of active viewers and visits, but I really did not like how it was a Twitter for blogging. No commenting, just 'reblog' and then you put your two cents in from there. It wasn't what I was looking for, so I went to Wordpress, which I like a lot. Plenty of customization, only thing I really don't like is I can't use Google Analytics with it(I just use Wordpress.com, I don't have my domain or host it or anything). |

Squarespace is good for blogging. Also their support team is always available even if its like 3AM! |
