I have been having some problems connecting to ANY minecraft server from my home internet. I have tried connecting to servers that have ports other that 25565 (default port) and I still haven't had any luck. I have proven that the cause is not my computer's (macbook pro) fault by trying to connect to servers using my friends internet and at school. I am able to connect to servers from other internet connections but not mine at home! Please help! (ask as many questions as needed so I can fix this problem) BTW, if this helps, my internet provider is quest and I have a dls modem. |

I would try tinkering with the firewall, that's what is usually wrong when my servers don't work correctly. Good luck! |

Does your ISP block Minecraft for some reason? (Can't imagine why but anything seems to be possible just lately!) Do you get any error messages or just a blank screen? I'm assuming that you've done a sweep for viruses and malware. |

I can't even log in to Minecraft to even play today. I think the login server is down or something. |
