Bluetooth Keyboard Help

I recently bought a bluetooth keyboard online for all 3 of my bluetooth devices, the problem is the keyboard has problems with all of them. HTC phone I have says its synced but not connected. ZTE Avail phone says HID is not compatible with this phone and my PS3 connects to it just fine and says its on but no keys seems to work on it. I use one bluetooth device at a time just in case and still does not work. What is going on with the freakin thing?
