What mobile phone would recommended to buy after the summer?

I am thinking to buy iPhone 4G but I want to wait if there any differences compare to previous one. I am looking at the Android 2,2 as well. Some said it will faster than 2,1 for 5 times with same device. Please feel free to enlight me.
