Now that there are so many storage options, what do you (or would you) use? Personally, I like Dropbox to share my Music PDFs to other people because of the ability to right click and get a public link. I use Google Drive for all of my documents and any of my MP3 music (which isn't that much as I use Spotify) and finally, I use Skydrive for computer backups. Box.net, I would love to use, but since there's not really a desktop client, I can't. That's 50gb of storage gone to waste... All of my local storage is on a home NAS server. What do you use? |

All have their pros and cons. I prefer Dropbox for its free desktop client and I like Box because they offered a free 60GB of storage when signing up with an iOS device. BTW, Box.net is now Box. I saw it on their website. They just want to be called Box. |

I use local NAS for videos personal photos and files. Public images get put on my server in a datacentre as they are a lot :P |

For any back ups I usually use secondary hard drives on all of my main machines if they can handle it. If not. I just plug in a external hard drive that I have and back it up that way. If I need to offload some small video for my Mac mini for example. Lets 30-60 gigs worth at a shot. I just FTP it to one of my servers. And do the same on my mac mini and retrieve them that way. |

I use both Dropbox and SyncBlaze. Dropbox for all my personal stuffs such as photos, music and more. SyncBlaze for business purpose, share and collaborate on business content. |

skydrive downgraded to 7gigs of free spaces I heard. I have 25 gig version previously granted. only downside is no widely spreaded on mobile os applications. I like it for simple n' browser orianted interface. Thanks. |

Obviously I'm missing something but I don't really understand why you can't use Box.net.
