firstly, i got mobile phone insurance, but didn't read the t & d so i cancelled it and i found a better deal on the internet. then i got out another mobile phone insurance, but cancelled that one as my bank account provides mobile phone insurance and didn't actually know until the second/third month of applying for mobile phone insurance. i didn't make a claim on the first two but need to make a claim on my bank account's mobile phone insurance. is that not allowed I mean my mobile phone policy still covers accidental damage but is it illegal to try out two three mobile phone insurance companies for the life of your phone? |

It's not illegal to have two or more active policies simultaneously per se (it would generally be assumed that this was error rather than intent) though it would certainly become illegal if you tried to claim on more than one of them for the same incident. Assuming that the other policies are now cancelled there's no reason not to go ahead with a claim on the remaining (provided it was actually in force on the date of the incident, of course!) |

Mobile phone insurance cover helps save towards a range of hazards including fireplace, robbery, visits plus opponent task. Mobile phone insurance provides extensive although low cost insurance coverage for ones all of pricey mobiles. Also, It's not illegal to have several active policies. I do agree with Cornelia Cornflake. |
