Nope. Even on eBay they go for over $400. Even a broken, non-working iPhone can cost upwards of $300.

You're not going to find an iPhone 4S for $200 any time soon. The normal price for one starts at $649. The $200 is with a contract, where the wireless company helps pay the rest of the price in exchange for 2 years of service.

That's not the way it works. If you get a contract, you get the phone for $200. If not, you're going to pay the full price.
