Converting Multiple .Kar Files to Video

Hey Guys

I have a lot of .Kar files around 50,000 that I need to convert to video format but I am having trouble finding software to do this.

The files are also organised into folders so If there is a way I can keep the folder structure or rearrange them after this would be great, I am using OSX Lion but can use windows if need be.

All Help Appreciated.
