I currently use Media Monkey on my PC which I truly love but I also have my entire collection of mp3's on my MAC and have imported all the songs into iTunes which I think has horrible sorting features not like Media Monkey. Is there a program for the MAC similar to Media Monkey that's really good at organizing?

Well you got Windows Media Player, Foobar2000, VLC player, Ares, Spotify, Media Player Classic, GOM Player, Quicktime, etc, etc. There are many media players you can use. I like to use Windows Media Player if iTunes messes up, I mean it comes with Windows. Can't go wrong with it.

As much as I do love iTunes, I have to use an alternative for my HTC One X. I use DoubleTwist for that. It's only purpose I use it for is to sync with my phone. If I want to listen to music I use iTunes.

Windows Media Player would be my second choice behind iTunes.
