I've recently been using iCloud a tad more but I have been wondering: where do you guys back up to, iCloud or your PC? Also how much of your 5 GB would be used if you did back up to iCloud?

iCloud. I'd urge everyone to, just because it makes life that much easier. At least for the main part of the phones usage and settings.
Set my calendar on my mac and oh look it's already on my iPhone without me doing any sync. Device fault? Apple wants to replace it? Thats cool, I'll just put in my iCloud details in the new phone and oh look I have all my apps and settings again.

I have 4.95gb free
And I back up to iTunes.
When I can start my pages files on my iPad and then start it up on my iMac without having to dOWNLOAD from the cloud and then UPLOAD to the cloud again I might start using it...
Until then its drop box all the way!

I back up to iCloud for certain things and others to dropbox. All my applications, and app data, as well as music, bookmarks, and find my iPhone are setup to work with iCloud. I have Google Calendar running the calendar so that is in no need of a backup, and any files on my computer are synced with my iphone via dropbox. I do not use pages or any of the iWork suite and therefore just use dropbox for the files I need regular access to. Feel free to ask any questions on setup if you need help.

I quickly used up my 5GB of free storage and now use a combination of iCloud for most things and then use iPhoto and CrashPlan to backup my photos and videos. Explained it here: http://bit.ly/xn5pF9

I back up to iCloud, I was a Mobile Me subscriber so i have 23.1 GB available of 25 GB so that would be 1.9 GB used. For both my iPhone and my iPad it is 1.1 GB is backups, 1.2 MB of Pages documents, and 851.3 MB of email. As some have said I strong suggest everyone with decent internet connection to back up with iCloud.
