I noticed about a week ago that there is a blemish on my screen. It is 2 little TINY dots, but them being there...bothers me. They almost look like burnt out pixels. I have tried using screen cleaner spray on it. Didn't work. Ideas? ALSO: it is a laptop

Sounds like a dead pixel.

Known as Defective pixels they are pixels that are not working as expected. In your case not working at all.

Screen cleaner wont work as the pixel is behind glass or plastic.

There are lots of methods on how to get them working again.

The best one that worked for me was with a pencil with a rubber on top. Cover the rubber with a tissue and press around the dead pixel.

Not that this could make it worst. I take no responsibility for what you do.
