Is There A Way To Record The Screen Of An Android Tablet?

I own a Motorola Xoom and I was wondering if it was possible to record the screen of my Xoom for free, or view the screen of my Xoom on my computer, which runs Windows 7. My Xoom runs Android 4.0.1 CyanogenMod 9.
