[closed] Can i move me windows 8 screen over?

I recently dragged some files onto my windows 8 desktop. But there was not enough room to hold it all. Instead what has happened is that some of the files have gone to the right of the screen and i cannot access them as they are off the screen Is there a way I can move the screen over to access them?
