The one place I would go to is the emachine website to see if they have a bios updated on their website for your particular model of emachine. HP, Asus, Gigabyte, and a few others do that often for their model of computers or motherboards. The model that you are showing there should be this link here from emachine website itself which has all the drivers and any BIOS's for it.
Did a quick skim through it as well doesn't seem like any updates for the BIOS itself. Watin once a month and check in to see if they have any updates for it.

dont flash the bios with anything besides what the manufacturers of your computer releases. too many people will use it to just completely cripple your device. don't mess with the bios at all unless you know what your doing. if its booting your os fine then it doesn't need to be messed with anyway.

And the only time that you should flash the bios if there is something that you really need to do if your looking to get an updated CPU or larger hard drive that the current BIOS is not able to handle and all that good stuff. Then you might have to flash it. But other than that as the saying goes. What ain't broke don't fix it.
