Suppose you hosted a server, and hosted someones domain for them, if they have a lot of visitors, does that take up space on your server PC? Sorry if that's a stupid question I'm new to servers

No, it does not take up space on your computer. Bandwidth is your Internet connection.

Like thetechdude had mentioned the Bandwidth is your internet connection not something on your server at home. I know it gets confusing on that since it could mean one of two things. your internet connection speed or how much internet usage you have.
