Who is the best SSD manufacturer?

Quality?

Well I would say Intel.

They have the best return rate and last much longer than others.

We use tons of them in our servers for their reliability.

I personally use the Samsung 830 (64 GB). The good thing about Samsung is that they manufacture all of the parts, instead of relying on another company to provide the controller, case, chips... It may not be the absolute best (faster than Intel, but hard to beat Intel's reliability), but it's one of many fantastic SSDs, and it comes from a reliable SSD manufacturer, Samsung.
