It's not a song or anything, it's a simple podcast thing. Can I make a paypal payment button and after they fill it out and pay, it will auto email them the audio file?

No I don't think it would auto-email it to them, but it might.

PayPal is only used for payment.

You need to make a automated system to do that for you.

Or buy a premade one.

You're trying to do what Pogo is doing here: http://www.pogomix.net/

The site is down at the moment, but from memory I remember is that you pay for the song (if you want to) and it spits out an email code to download it.

Something like this:

Derp Derp (if you want it for free put 0) $ (amount you want to donate), then when you press enter, PayPal would process the payment. I don't know how he does it exactly but it's what you're talking about.
