A site where I have a Folder to upload stuff (Like Mediafire) but anyone can upload to it? I'd use MediaFire but people can only download the folder or certain files in the folder.

Google drive? Well, I think if you upload your folder and make it view only?

Yeah I like Google Drive, but people still need to have a Google ID to upload...

Google Drive you can edit without a Google account, not sure about downloading though

You can download using google drive. You just have to "check" the certain file and then click the "more" pull down menu and there should be a download option.

I agree with @pjob797, Google Drive or Skydrive is your best bets for this. Also 4Shared isn't a bad alternative either. I'd still go with Google Drive or Skydrive.

You can actually set up a file on Google Drive so that anyone can access it even without a Google ID. When you share the file, just set it so that it is public.

On the Google Drive page, click on this alt text

Then you should see this, click on the change link alt text

Then you should see this, click Public on the Web alt text

I know a lot of this stuff because I am using google drive to host all the files that I use in film editing and that sorts. It makes it easy for multiple people to edit and download the files!

Try setting it so anyone on the web is able to access it and set it so that anyone can edit the folder. I just tried and it worked perfectly,

http://i.imgur.com/Y7fWi.png You have to set it to public and use the pull down menue to set it so they can edit the folder. You have to make sure it is the folder that you are doing this to.

Ok, can you give me some images because it's still doing http://suprimg.gr.vu/upload/images/untitlzlz.png Thanks.

Well I just linked one but I will make a step by step really fast.

(Jul 02 '12 at 21:07) ClaassenTech ClaassenTech's gravatar image

Oh. I now see the problem... Unfortunately, it looks like that the public to everyone feature doesn't make it so that someone can upload without a google account... I know that you can upload if you are logged in...

see, that's what i was saying...

(Jul 02 '12 at 21:29) pjob797 pjob797's gravatar image

Well you are able to download without an account.

You're unlikely to find any online storage that will allow public uploading. If you need that I'd suggest you get your own website with a host that allows anonymous FTP in both directions.

Using a web hosting service with a FTP client will work too. It will require a bit more set up but it should work for what you need.

If Google Drive is a little inconvenient, you can give Dropbox a spin. Full demo and review of things you can do, here.

Another good candidate u might wanna try out is box.com
