A simple google and youtube search for "Flash Website Menu" returned many results. Also it's likely one tutorial wont tell you everything. You may to look at a few and with everything like this, experiment yourself with the application.

You can do that in css and jquery if you search hard enough.

Page rank on Google to me looks like it hates anything flash in a web site :P

I try and advoid using flash as much as possible over here. When I was learning on building web pages. Html, some java laced into it. But not heavy java just enough for some basic things that even on the slowest computer it will load up on.
