Unable to acces PC after restoring to factory settings.

So today i was having issues with my laptop, so i went into recovery and reset everything back to Factory Settings. Now, i turn on it, and it will show a administrator account that is disabled, and a button for 'Other Accounts'. I never created any other accounts. How can i get back in?

0	OEM setups vary a little. You should look it up in your manual. You can probably find one in pdf format on the net if you don't have one. It's not likely to be a huge problem or a difficult fix. answered Jul 07 '12 at 18:07 ClosetFuturist 1.7k●6●14●27
