How many devices do you have on the Internet, usually?

I usually have five on my local Wi-Fi access point from maybe 8am-10pm; after that I'm the only one on the WiFi point with my laptop or my phone. It doesn't bog down as much, but I do turn off devices that might be hogs like iPods or whatever. How many do you have connected?

1	I usually have 15 devices connected to my network. I also set QOS on the router so that it can prioritize the traffic to the more needed devices. answered Jul 08 '12 at 17:43 kevin ♦♦ 35.7k●160●316●589

My parents are cheep and refuse to buy a router so I have 1 device online at a time.

I currently have 11 different things in my DHCP list. From 5 computers, a PS Vita, and PS3, a Wii, 2 kindles', an HP TouchPad, iPod Touch, Phones. And anything on my guest network when my friends come over.

Here are the two Wi-Fi connected lists. The first one is the Secondary access point and the second is the main router.

My iMac, iPhone, iPad is connected 24/7 I also have a Mac Mini which is online when I watch TV shows (Rarely watch Live TV now)

My Macbook Pro, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and old Windows laptop are sometimes connected..

My neighbor uses my wifi too (with my permission of course - Hey it halves my internet bill each month ;o) ) and he has an airport express connected wirelessly to my Airport Extreme, of which he has an iMac, Macbook, his Apple TV and his Nokia telephone connected for several hours of the day.

But to answer the main question, usually a minimum of 5, and usually no more than 8 at any one time. :o)

My Airport Extreme copes PERFECTLY! :o)
