I recommend avoiding flash ads especially with audio, it destroys any credibility the company in the ad has.

It is basically classical conditioning, most flash ads are annoying and almost all of them lead to malware filled sited sites or just plain scams.

(most banner ads in general do that, especially since most banner ads advertise the same crap you get in your spam folder for any e-mail account you make)

if you need to make an ad, then at most do a small banner or text ad and if a user wants to have more info, then they can head over to a youtube video explaining and demoing the product.

what i m saying is output will always be .avi(yt upload friendly), actually flash software has good animation tools but everything has to be created from scratch just like photoshop, so what are the alternatives to this? is there any application that easily makes ads that include text transitions, banners, images etc? the kind of ads google make for their new products

most ads like that are made using adobe aftereffects.

When making the ad, you try to do as much of the work as possible in camera, and do the recording in small scenes, then in your video editor, you can simply add your transitions, text and lower thirds.

For just text overlay, you can use windows movie maker (easiest program to use), but users will be able to tell that you use it.

editing is also made easier by trying to put as much info in the audio rather than text on the screen (it is an ad so people do not want to do extra work by having to read a bunch of text)

for example, one by google http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_UmWdcTrrc
