I recently bought a mac mini (2011) and now want to sell it. It still has warranty (until december) and I bought it for £530 (824.5 USD). How much do you think I can sell it for??

Well, is it in good condition (No scratches, dints, scuffs or marks)? If so I would say wait till Mountain Lion is released and then install that, then sell it, it may up its current value slightly, but otherwise:
Good Condition (Without Mountain Lion) - Around £400
Good Condition (With Mountain Lion) - Around £450
Bad to Relative Condition (Without Mountain Lion) - Around £300
Bad to Relative Condition (With Mountain Lion) - Around £320 - 350

a used machine if its in pristine like new condition on Ebay a highly motivated buyer might pay $450 maybe $500 for the used mc mini outside of that I am seeing price in the $300 to $375 range on these ...
big problem here with looking to get much more is that you can buy these new in box at this point just around $750 to $800..
