Best PHP Scripts online?

Besides WordPress, what's some really good Scripts to start a site? This is in General, not let's say a blog or a forum.

This is a perfectly valid question. It shouldn't be closed because a few people don't like it.

Question is rubbish. There are 10000000s of scripts and sounds like you don't know what you want.

I think this is a valid question, there should be no need to close or delete this. At least just as valid as some of the other "rubbish" questions out there.

wordpress is NOT a php Script :)

wordpress is a bundle of several thousand or more scripts many of which happen to be PHP , css, html and other program codes that in a perfect world should all work together ..

A good site doesn't need scripts, apart possibly from navigation. We won't be visiting a site just to admire its scripts. Content, content, and content. That's the three things you need to have a successful site!
