Just right click on the ccc icon in your system tray and scroll down to the second entry with hd 6450 in it. Click on extended desktop.

Ok. What brand is it. With my Sapphire I had to install multiple drivers after installing the install manager. If I remember correctly one of them was for dual monitor support.

Yes of course. LOL.

Ok. It only has one driver. In catalyst in the list on the left there's a displays manager entry. If you click on that it will show an entry for displays properties. If you click on that there should be a detect displays button. Clicking on that should help.

That doesn't work either

First check all your plugs and cables and make sure everything's powered up. Sometimes the excitement of new hardware makes us forget things. :) If everything's ok then you may want to test the DVI, the VGA and both monitors.

Tested everything's good to go but the second monitor is still not working

Sounds like a problem with the card. I'd send it back and have them send you a new one.
