downloading problem

0	At the time of downloading any of the app. through android market it gives a "waiting for network" type error because of which i am unable to download any of the app. through google play. problem downloading android asked Jul 16 '12 at 08:17 akash 1●1●1●1

I have heard this for what ever android can tend to have fragmenting issues after adding so many a period of time that causes many issue with the phone , I have read this as one of the issues with android I don't have one myself as far as I know they dont make a tool to fragmentation it is possible that resetting your phone could improve thing dramatically though this does mean starting over in every way if the problem is caused from fragmentation of writing and deleting this could solve your problem ..
