Simple Question I want to know how other people use social media in their life? |

I use social media for personal and business contacts and to keep myself up to date in the areas I'm interested in... |

For me, its usually depending on what platform it is, and who the audience is. So say for instance Facebook; I don't put my personal life on there because I'v got friends and family on it.... Yes, I suppose that would be the place to discuss my everyday life. I choose not to because of gossip and Facebook is rich source of it (I'v got nothing to hide, I just choose not to say it). So I post articles I've read, jokes and maybe the odd picture. Twitter I use for pretty much everything I say and do on the web Google+ & Chime.in for meeting new people and opinions. |

social media = use? at present its just for very few ones who are doing some business online, other than that it yields "nothing" except for news n updates to an average user. and anything that doesnt yield me anything is useless, however i m very thankful to social media for many things, many connections in life and for instance thankful to this community itself. i see people dont waste that much time on it these days, people into productivity again :D, it was a bubble that has already burst, lets see whats comin next :D! |

in my opinion social media bubble has burst and clearly new things are coming up, people who made it big on it are the ones making very good use of it, others are just wasting time! social media = is all about news & updates these days, people don't even want to spend time on sites like fb, g+ etc, nobody cares about his/her friend, connections whatsoever so what is the use of it? nothing we just have profiles there and people are filtering the best of results such as lg channels in their sub boxes, deleting the unnecessary crap out, bec they dont hav time to overload themselves with too much informating coming at em. |
