How to Become a Guest Blogger on Lockergnome?

Hey guys. I was just wondering how I could go about becoming a guest blogger on Lockergnome? I don't necessarily want to write an article for the website myself, but I'm just curious as to how Lockergnome finds their guest bloggers.
