Basically I have a laptop that doesn't have a optical drive and I need to use this software that requires a disc to use it, is there a way to bypass this situation?

There are hundreds and hundreds of ISO mounters you can use, like @Midgar3110 said, Daemon tools can work, also you can use PowerISO, Alcohol 52%, etc.

Daemon Tools Lite: http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/products/dtLite

PowerISO: http://www.poweriso.com/download.htm

Alcohol 52%: http://www.softpedia.com/get/CD-DVD-Tools/CD-DVD-Rip-Other-Tools/Alcohol-52.shtml

Chris showed a program about a year ago called Virtual CloneDrive, just make an iso of the disk and CloneDrive will make a virtual drive in your computer using the iso file

Yeh, unfortunately they only way to do that is to use another computer to read the disk and make an .iso of it. After that you can use a thumb drive to transfer the .iso over to that computer and finally use an .iso mounter to mount the .iso.
