So it's getting released in October and there's no price yet. So let's start the guessing game: What price will it be around, do you think? Jacob |

The surface will be overpriced IMHO. And I don't think it will sell as well as the iPad and the current Nexus 7. Like most have said it before, Microsoft is a little too late... |

i think the surface in time will come in many many sizes .. keep inmind the first time microsoft brought up the suface it was a huge table size gaming version table the top was a muli player gaming touch screen .. i dont think rumors for the pricing on the surface were to far off at all I think it will retail to start for personal models between $1000 and $2000 I think microsoft is out to set the bar for table and make computer divices profitalbe again I dont believe they are worried about OEM partners what so ever the PC day is over .. I think you will see surface in sizes from personal hand held , Ultra book and notebook size to industrial dining table and casino gaming table size ranging in price from $1000 to $10,000 and more .. I think you will see the surface come with not only either card for wireless but also celluar digital contract as well to make them always connected , they are going to be lock they are in time not right off going to be 100% cloud driven no cd /dvd drive no hard drive storage devise just rom type memory that runs a broswer . i think we have reached the day where in the very near future all computing devices no matter the nsize will be phones celluar contract or pay as you go plans to own computer like cell phones will be standard .. think you are goingto find in the future no matter if it window mac linux you will walk in to best buy computer purchase will require phone cable sta radio celluar all in one . |
