This is a tough question:

I create PDFs using ImagePrinter Pro. For some odd reason, the PDF size is always 1.5 times bigger. So, 11x17 tabloid prints as 16.5 x 25.5, Letter prints as 12.75 x 16.5.

Any ideas as to why it would do this? Thanks!

Sometimes the DPI settings need to be calibrated. There's probably a how-to for the software you're using.
