{Update}: hey guys its been 24 hours, i hesitatingly plugged them to test, they sound a little louder(better) than yesterday, i think they r coming better...i should let them dry for one more day, will tell u about it. I hope they work fine after drying

I know there fixed now, but a idea for the future, put them in a bowl of rice for a few days, it worked with my camera and phone, haha :)

Well, you can't judge if they work until they are dry, so put them somewhere warm, in a bowl of rice, give it a couple of days, and see what happens, that's all you can do.

Low power drivers are pretty simple. If it was water they may only sustain some light oxidation and may work just fine and even last a while. Something with a lower PH value like soft drinks, coffee (cafe) or juice would cause corrosion. In that case I would suggest preparing to replace them just in case. I lost a $300 floor monitor from an accidental beer spill while playing at a party in the early 90s. I almost cried.

but please dont blame the beer, the beer is noble

It depends on what the speakers are made out of to some degree. Around 2005 I bought a new pair of Sony headphones(MDR-V150), and for whatever reason, they decided to use some kind of paper for the speaker. Those didn't fair that well with moisture at all.
