that has been around forever not new I have seen that notice on face book since 2006 it popups more randomly these days for people on your friends list with few friend uusually dead unused accounts .. people have an account they get a new computer cant remember the password face book has never been that important to them they have nothingto lose just make a new account almost every time they go to log in .. what is odd is that you were actually on facebook to notice that :) since the games have built server out side of facebook most have the game servers book marked they dont even go to facebook I find facebooks claim of nearly a billion user a laugh most of there sites activity is API posts that are made off site for the ghost town to see Ya, I still use Facebook because that's were most of my friends are. I have Google Plus and Twitter but the majority of my friends are on Facebook. @TheTechDude I'm in the same boat as you are. I have a Google+ account, but not many people I know use Google+ or Twitter. The majority I know are still hooked on Facebook. yeah I know the reasoning that really wasn't my point yeah maybe everyone you know is still "on Facebook" (sorta ) not really if they are into games they are but a name on Facebook they are not really there , keep in mind you can use Facebook on full remote control if you have three things .. Facebook chat can be used from MSN Skype yahoo trillion almost any where, your user name at Facebook.com now is a illegitimate Email address so you can get all your messages no need to go there you can through your Facebook chat and email.. if you have a blog even a simple if you want to refer to it as simple word press.com account you can do your profile updates and pictures remotely .. today I had a chat with my daughter through Facebook how ever it was strange she was in her yahoo mail Facebook friend set up in her yahoo mail she appear as on line on Facebook but she wasn't I was on linux with my message program on we had a chat through Facebook we invited my wife in the chat with us through yet another chat program and she was using pinterest no where near facebook , we all appeared as if on facebook we all were updating our time lines profiles remotely .. if you play the games there is no need to go to facebook . your friend are names on facebook most no longer go there to often .. I can tell you right now facebook is nearly a ghost town it is loaded with remote activity lots and lots of it yet its almost a ghost town if it wasnt for the API it would have nothing , if this group is looking to make $$ for investors through advertising they are going to have a hard hard time unless they do something new and quick its not goingto be long and they are gonna be like myspace. its almost a hollow shell it just hasnt collapsed yet .. .. |
