Long story short, I recently discovered that I couldn't access our Facebook Fan Page (MY ACCOUNT WAS FINE, SO PLEASE DON'T LEAVE SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO RECOVER A HACKED ACCOUNT,) so I decided to talk to some other people, which I knew were admins, but they also encountered the same issue. And now, this morning I talked to the last person that was an admin, and he says that he can't access the page either. Now, I have noticed something odd in the likes in the past few days, it kept going from 331, to 332 almost randomly, and we also were up in likes, from 326--whether that is important or not, I'm not sure. What I need to know is, can this Facebook Fan Page be recovered, or is it finished?

fan page is linked to who ever's personal account the person who set it up .my fan page is linked directly to my personal Facebook account the difference being I can change the name to a brand and set a different password .. facebook security will defiantly handle this and get the page back .. if you are the one who set the page up don't beleive your personal account isnt at risk if your account is still untouched it because you changed the password on one different from the other, in every way the page and personal account are linked two time lines one with friends the other a brand that likes ( subscribers ) are labeled fans .. Then where do I go to recover this page? facebook security just do a search on facebook give all the information and remember you will need all the details for the account it is attatched to or you could be seen as the hacker hehe .. if you dont want to search for the info you can also write or call facebook. they wont just shrug it off fan pages are in some ways there bread and butter its where big corps launch there advertizing and such .. What is their email? Phone number? 1

It's my fan page that got hacked. its all the same I got that help info from my own facebook fan page you use the same reporting method , you could argue about this till your blue in the face you page and even groups are linked to personal accounts you cant have one with out the other.. even corparate pages some where there is a face book time line for some one most likely set privite not visable so they could set up a page for there brand and start advertizing on facebook ..

How do know it was hacked? well there is always the possiblity it was blocked by facebook for abuse but from what is being told there is other odd behavior who knows considering all the talk about it in the news recently would be funny if this page actually is blocked because of abuse .. be aware there is a lobbying push on to make itillgeal to post link to sites that contain no content other then to link to files or other sites to down load illegal copy written materials or pirated software aps music movies .. well ok bottom line is its always been illgeal just how one could be charged charged with the crime is round about but either way people go to prison for this for upwards of 10 years.. any how the big story over this lobby is that big company's like google facebook and many others are already moving to cut these types of things off, it is possibly if your page had posts to site with no content or down load sites for pirated goods it has been blocked so no more post can be made to it ... keep in mind even if these posts are made by others not you, you are responsibly for the content of your pages groups and time lines you get notices about post and have the ability to not only remove them but to ban users from posting .. here is a nice article on what its all about http://www.webpronews.com/should-linking-to-copyrighted-material-be-illegal-2012-08 we are for sure by nature geared to feel these things are not about us or could never happen to us its only about the big guys ECT. how ever today there is no little guy out there a small laptop set up in the corner of a home with a huge library music and movies with a torrent that is online 24/7 can do millions if not billions in damage to people incomes.. there are no little guys when it come to the internet today .. It wasn't blocked, whoever has access now, posted something to the page, and the page is still up. If the page was blocked, it wouldn't be accessible. |

the face book page and your face book account ok are the same thing they share nost everything the same the password many be different simplly go to facebook security
even the password is the same unless you changed it after creating the page or after you were hacked, again if you were hacked it is possble you or some one you set as admin gave someone access who took control ..
Basically what happened is, someone hacked into the page and removed us, presumably by getting into one of the admins accounts. Now that we no longer have access, they've (the hackers) have offered to sell our page, claimed we have a new website, and are under new management. None of that we actually posted.
the solution is simple 2 things you can do one facebook complaint they will handle it or set up another page this time either no other admins or just one you trust in every way ..
the words of hacler on the facebook page mean nothing if they hear from you on a new page its doing nothing that will cause the issue s
Facebook won't even respond, and if we start a new page, we will have to get all of our likes back, which has taken quite a few months to gain.
I've tried to contact Facebook, with no response. Could someone please tell me how to get back a hijacked Facebook fan page, not an account. My facebook account is fine, please don't send me links to pages where I could recover my account, as it doesn't need recovering.
