Hi I am thinking of getting an ultrabook for travelling and what not. The only thing "heavy" i'd like to do is play some MC how well can an ultrabook handle it? What kind of frame rate?
This is the ultrabook I'm thinking of buying....

I think the Intel HD graphics is going to be your biggest problem. If you can find one with Nvidia or AMD graphics, you should go with that one. If you go with the Intel HD graphics, you might have to turn down some settings like smooth lighting, particles set to minimal, and turning clouds off. You might also have to play on normal render distance instead of far.
Keep all of these into consideration.

That ultrabook should be able to run Minecraft very well. My older laptop has an Athlon II x2 QL-64 paired with an NVidia Geforece 8200m GPU, and it runs Minecraft very well on fullscreen with everything turned up. You shouldn't have much of a problem with that i5 and Intel HD 3000 series graphics. I'm confident you will be able to push 30-40FPS playing Minecraft easily.
