nVidia 8400 GS Problems?

Okay, so yesterday I bought an nVidia 8400 GS in hope to run 4 monitors paired with my 550 TI. It works just fine and all, but, after a little while, the computer will completely hang and I will have to hard reset the machine. I have the 301.95 driver. I'm confused...
