I don't have a graphics card control panel?

I tried looking all over my computer, I can't find a Graphics Card Control Panel!!

A why do you need a card control panel,

B right click the desktop and goto screen resolution, or graphic options...

not all graphic cards have a control panel... did you have one before?

Oh okay. I never had one, so I probably don't have one. I did find something called "Graphics Properties", however.
