You can try Wine. It may be integrated in to your Ubuntu distribution. Wine just emulates Windows environment, and you can install some windows apss. But you may have some problems with performance and etc. The other option is to use virtual machine, like VMware - it has linux version.

There's CrossOver, which is a paid program that is based on Wine, and should work better.
