I have to read further, I know some people think it is going a bit far when a shape has a patent when that should be more universal.

I feel like Apple is going for Google indirectly by hitting them where it hurts. And Apple claiming rights to the shape...? At that point it isn't about the customer, it's about the money. Apple needs to chill the hell out.
