These guys are famous for not adhering to most feedback that is sent to them either in the form of email or criticism done thru other media outlets, what are the chances that these things will improve and more people's feedback will be valued by the company as it has gained a great place among brands.

I feel they shud develop a channel that allows feedback that may make the products even better, what do you think?

P.S. - and i do understand currently there are ways in which u can send them feedback but it is already famous that they dont listen to most people's feedback.

I am not sure that it's famous, I had never heard that. Like most companies of that sort are the same. At least Apple takes on board feedback regardless of how it is received. Look at companies like Microsoft who are still going ahead with something like Windows 8 even though consumers, users, enterprise and developers all dislike it. The only people who like it are Microsoft themselves.

I agree companies should have easier ways to give feedback but the current system is not all bad.
