Our family has a Canon MF-3240 printer. Everyone else can use it with their computers, but I found out that I can't because I'm running Windows 64-bit, and the printer software is only compatible with 32-bit. Does anyone know what to do?

Get the 64 bit drivers? You've tried to install the 32 bit version, right?

This should be the x64 version

Something's wrong. When I click on the "I Agree-Begin Download", nothing happens. Nothing loads, there's not a loading icon by my cursor... nothing

Ok, I've got the driver installed, but I'm still not able to print something. What am I not doing? Or what am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the connections from your Printer to your PC or Printer to Network to PC?

Also is it turned on - stupid questions but it has happened to me many a time.

Lastly are you printing to that printer and not the XPS document writer or another printer / device?

Ok, here's the thing. I installed the driver and all, but I haven't done anything else, for the simple reason that I have no idea. It's a USB direct from the printer to PC. Completely intact. Our printer usually turns itself on when told to print, but yes I turned it on. The printer doesn't show up in the options for printing, just the Microsoft XPS Document Writer and Fax

Ok I will have a little look about and see what I can do. I know you are on a 64 bit OS but what version XP, Vista or 7
